Our returns and refunds policy is designed in accordance with Norwegian law and applies to all purchases made on our website.

1. Right of withdrawal
According to the Danish Right of Withdrawal Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must give us written notice of this within the deadline. This can be done by sending an email to kundeservicelindesco@gmail.com with the order number and information about the goods you wish to return.

2. Return of goods
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned to us within 14 days from the date you notified us that you wish to cancel the purchase. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Unused and in the original packaging.

3. Return costs
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as you as the customer are responsible for the item until we have received it.

4. Refund
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount you paid for the item, including any shipping costs. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return. The refund will be paid to the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Complaints
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to complain about a product if there is a defect or error. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect.
